1) The room is uninhabitable, the air is not circulating, it is stuffy, it is difficult to breathe, and it is impossible to sleep. So around three o'clock in the morning, I asked the hotel to change rooms, from room 527 to room 310.
2) Such rooms that do not meet basic living conditions (air quality is not up to standard, no windows, no air circulation, and not equipped with a fresh air system) should not be sold on Ctrip.com.
3) Ctrip cannot escape the blame. The key is that check-out is not allowed after online payment. It is purely an overbearing clause. I reluctantly checked in, but finally couldn't bear it anymore and had to change rooms.
