Booked this hotel for an exhibition.
But the [door lock] in the bathroom was broken, obviously [installed upside down]. I couldn't open the door in the bathroom. I didn't bring my phone into the bathroom. I couldn't get out after taking a shower at 1am!!!
I could only break the window and shout for help. I shouted for almost an hour. Passersby downstairs noticed and I was rescued!
There were a lot of scratches on the bathroom door. Obviously, many people had this problem before! The hotel actually replied: This situation has happened before and it has been solved!
