The hotel is very close to SJTU. Public transportation is easily accessible and lots of restaurants nearby. Service and amenities were good, but, It would be great to have a mini fridge in the room for beverages.

Nice, clean and cozy rooms. The service was on point and the location near metro station is convenient except for some noise once in a while.

Today is the 15th day of the seventh ***** month. I checked in and found a moldy soap five minutes after entering the room. I called the front desk. The front desk said that they would send me a new one in a while, so I waited. 20 minutes later, the security brother knocked on the door. The brother handed me two pieces of soap. Then I returned the moldy soap to him and asked him to help me see if this soap was moldy? The brother may have seen a lot of such things, and he gave me two sentences lightly: 1. You can just throw away the moldy ones, don’t give them to me. 2. It doesn’t matter, you can use it normally. The moldy ones will be clean after washing. I was obsessed with thinking over and over again, why did I book this hotel? Why did I find this soap moldy? The brother looked down on my fuss. Although I am a consumer, I should not find fault with the mold. Maybe the supplies in your hotel will be new after washing. [Covering face] The market is not very good now, and maybe there is no new purchase, so I took out the ones from 10 years ago and 8 years ago and used them again. I looked at the hotel towels, bath towels, and even bedding with doubt. It’s not a complaint, it’s that I don’t deserve it. Just wash it and it will be new.

Booked this for the summer camp at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The flight was late and we arrived at 5am. There was someone at the front desk to receive us and they were very nice. Overall it was good. The equipment was a bit old, but the air conditioning was OK. It was clean, had good sunshade and no noise.

The family suite is very satisfactory, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. However, old-style decoration basically has this problem. If it is not too excessive, it is acceptable. Everything else is very good, and the service staff is also very responsible.

Generally speaking, it's OK, and parking is convenient, but such a large parking space will be rubbed, which is very depressing. There is a Northeastern restaurant next to it. After eating once, I immediately changed to another one.
