Beyond our expectations. The room is very clean. They provide shuttle bus service which is on time and convenient.

Really nice hotel. Very modern and clean inside. They really cater to families and have nice amenities for adults as well as children. The restaurant inside was excellent. Reasonably priced wide selection of good food. A small bar and massage spa as well. The rooms were bigger than usual and the beds are big and comfy. Nice bathroom with nice high water pressure showers that are separate from the toilet. The gift shop has a nice selection of things. My only complaint is that the massage spa was priced quite high.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Shanghai Disneyland and the pictures look good. And it didn't disappoint. The rooms were very modern, clean, huge and the beds were comfortable. I like the separate shower (especially the rain shower) and toilet area. The free shutter to SDL is very convenient and a bonus but the hotel is located 5 minutes away from the local metro (line 11). It's only 1 station away from Shanghai Disneyland station. It's too hard to find the bus for the return trip and the hotel didn't offer very good instructions on how to board the return bus. But the train station is only one stop away and costs RMB3. I would stay at this hotel again if I were to visit SDL but it's too far away from the city centre (I booked another hotel for the city). The hotel offers an extra service to book early entry passes into SDL which was really really helpful. The listed price was RMB189 and I paid RMB210 for this service and it was worth every cent. I entered SDL at 7am and was able to do all the rides I wanted in 1 day. Highly recommended.

Perfect! We had a family room with very spacious place and everything is just perfect from the day we arrived till we left. We booked this hotel as it is near to Disneyland and Pudong airport. The hotel provided free shuttle bus service and we love the complementary porridge that was prepared for the guest at night.

The family room is very nice, we got a Lotso theme. I plan to go to Disneyland ,the hotel has a bus for Disneyland and the way back to the hotel, bus leave once it is full fireworks.

Really a satisfying stay near Shanghai Disneyland. We stayed here for three nights, the room has a big bed which can sleep four peoples. Besides that, there’s a playground at ground floor which can let our kids playing. Hotel also provides bus transfer to and from Disneyland. When we checked out, the staff still give each our kids a water bottle of honey water. Will come again 😍😍😍

Stayed for SH Disneyland Be prepped that you may not be able to board the hotel's charter bus to Disneyland. Staff decent - kudos to Nancy. Likely to stay again.

If I ever were to revisit Shanghai Disney, I’ll stay here again. The shuttle bus makes it extremely convenient, the location is near a train station to head to city Center about 40mins away, and the hotel isn’t too far from the airport. I prefer this location to the city as it is quiet yet safe, felt comfortable going for my morning runs around the business district.

Flight arrived 4am in the morning. Need a place near Disney for stopover then travelled to Suzhou. Novotel was a great choice. Mere 20 mins car ride from Pudong International Airport to Novotel. Rested till noon then hitch the free shuttle service to Disney town. Booked the free shuttle service to Hongqiao train station for travel on 2nd day was such a bonus. Save time, cost and such convenience making way to train station. Room is clean and modern design. Bed is very comfortable. recommended

We were pleasantly delighted with the hello kitty room. Hotel provided porridge from 9pm and free shuttle to and from Disneyland. Lots of snacks and drinks at the lobby. Room was clean and comfy. I would recommend this hotel for family visiting Disneyland. Love to come back again.

Above average for a 4 star hotel, had good nights sleep for sure. Only downside is the location, far from everywhere except the Disneyland. To be honest, we might choose somewhere in the CBD next time.

We booked this hotel due to nearby Disneyland park, but every service in the hotel is incredible and gorgeous. The breakfast line is delicious. There are many routes of the hotel shuttle bus that can bring you to connect many destinations. I really impress with every hotel staff and concierge that they provide excellent services for us. I really recommend for others to visit this hotel when they want to come to Shanghai next time!

If you want to stay at a hotel near Shanghai Disneyland with a good location (located near the metro & Costco supermarket) and free shuttle (scheduled) to Disneyland, Pudong Airport, Hongqiao Airport (Terminal 2), Hongqiao Railway Station, The Bund, then you should consider Novotel Shanghai Clover. I am impressed with the hospitality although I've only stayed for 1 night, especially with the help from Mr. Yang at the receptionist. He patiently helped me although my Mandarin is not so good.
