A nice accommodation and quite close to the metro.
The presence of a kitchen is appreciable, but it lacks utensils (cutlery at least!)
The bathroom is tiny but it does the job. On the other hand, the disposable bath towels made of tissue paper disintegrate very quickly, for a stay of several nights it is better to bring your own towels.

Poor service awareness. No one greeted us when we arrived yesterday afternoon. We called more than 20 times in the rain but no one answered. We waited in the rain for nearly an hour and finally got a call saying that we didn't add him on WeChat. We added him on WeChat and he accepted and we waited for another 10 minutes. After entering the room, we found foam in the electric kettle. I don't know what it is.

Comfortable studio for a short period, well located in the city, close to the metro. Helpful and responsive owner.
On the other hand:
Overall dirty when I arrived, only the bed was really clean. When I pointed it out, a woman came without cleaning products and only took a handkerchief to pick up the dirt left in the fridge.
Lack of kitchen utensils ++.
