酒店在徐家匯商業圈，離美羅城很近，吃飯也方便，交通真心方便，旁邊就是東安路4號線、7號線，工作人員服務態度好，推薦一下

酒店沒電梯，上下樓全靠自已搬行李爬樓梯；房間超級小，除了兩張床剩下的位置不到一米的寬度，衹夠讓你轉個身，連行李箱都放不下；衞生間洗手枱也特別小，沒有多餘位置放化粧品也沒有漱口杯，衹放了兩個一次性杯子；衞生做得很不好，到處是灰塵，枕套都發黃，讓換了一個還是黃的；房間除了衞生間裏的捲紙外就沒有提供其他面巾紙了……衹來一次，下次決絕不會再考慮這家酒店，連鎖的其他店也不考慮

第一次入住，一進門兩位小姑娘就主動招呼，樓上客房大姐也熱情，房間乾淨，離地鐵4號線東安路站很近，整體滿意

緊鄰主幹道，有工程車經過，噪音大。關鍵還不能關窗，因為廁所返臭（廁所緊挨着床頭），不敢關窗户睡。衞生差，床下還用過的有衞生紙和穿過的拖鞋😶。
總結：位置差，設施條件差，衞生差。

環境待提升，房間枕頭都沒有。電吹風質量太差，吹3分鐘就沒有用了。這次住海友酒店是最差的體驗。希望酒店人員提升工作服務態度，加強自身競爭力。

酒店四周超級方便 ，而且房間乾淨衞生，服務態度也特別好，有地鐵四號線九號線 附近還有很多吃飯的地方 離中山醫院 腫瘤醫院也很近 ～很好的入住體驗下次還來住。
