The hotel is 15min drive from Hongqiao Railway station. The room is cleanly maintained. The buffet breakfast is good and has a wife variety of Chinese and western dishes and with good number of seating capacity. There are some clubs nearby the hotel. The street is active even during night. Includes all amenities in the room like dental kit and soap and towel. And is clean

The hotel staff is very accommodating, they made sure our check in was smooth and they also helped us change our room to accommodate our baby boy. I’ll recommend this hotel if you have business around SHA airport

Very big room and super clean. I will stay here again when I'm in Shanghai as it is very convenient to get to Hong Qiao airport or railway station.

Very spacious room, clean but window areas and curtains need to be cleaned better. Receptionist was very kind and friendly.

The hotel is located close to all attractions. 8 minutes by metro. Near the Shanghai Conservatory. Cool, almost talking toilets😂, the child liked them very much. The bed is comfortable and clean. Great breakfasts. And if you buy online right in the restaurant, you will get 80 yuan per person. You can't buy at the hotel, you'll have to go downstairs. The service staff is very responsive and friendly. There was even a separate dressing room in our room, which was very convenient. Very good layout. Great hotel. I Recommend!

We got the king suite, and it was very spacious. We went on a colder day, but the heat in the room warmed the room up quickly. Very close to the airport, so some sound of airplanes landing or taking off, but very convenient to go to/from Shanghai Hongqiao airport or train station.

Big room. Awesome, firm bed. Slept like a baby. Near the airport and the check in lady was efficient. They had coffee and tea in the rooms but now spoons?

I stayed in Yitel during China Expo , and location is very close to exhibition center. The hotel rooms are nice and quite big. The breakfast is served as buffet with various options including Chinese and Western meals.

Hotel is showing its age and could do with a renovation. Otherwise room was clean, bed quite firm. Pretty good selection for breakfast. Convenient to the airport.

Not bad for the price. Shanghai is known for its expensive hotels & hotels like this do come in handy to budget travelers like me. However the location is a bit inconvenient to flag down taxis or use the bus or subway. Overall I’m happy & I’ld recommend it.
Oh, and guess what, they had a robot deliver our food when we ordered room service 😃😃😃
