Strategy location. Exit no.10 from Zhongshan park station will see the hotel. Public bus station nearby too. Comfortable and convenient. Value for money.

They gave me a room without a refrigerator. I asked the reception to provide the lacking amenity and Miss Y did not hesitate to arrange it for me despite difficulty in the language.

It has excellent location (near a big shopping mall and metro station). They have built-in stove but you cannot use it. I wish they could at least provide microwave oven just like the other serviced apartments on the same building. My room is also located near the metro so it was noisy (it is advisable to ask reception to give you room that’s away from the metro station side).

Great location just besides subway, theres all coffee shopping mall around abd zhongshang park about 200mtrs

We booked deluxe double room, location was nice but the whole was smelling like it wasn't ventilated for months mattress was smelly and uncomfortable, towels were were not clean and I think they bought when they build this place.

Close to exit 10 of zhongshan park metro. My room was nice and very quiet, the only issue was the cigarette smell but that's fairly common in China unfortunately. Staff was friendly, specially the woman during check out.

Perfect location. The staff makes everything good for your comfort. that cant complain anything about the room or the facilities

We asked the receptionist to order a taxi/ Didi to the airport but he forgot. We got one ourselves. We found insects in different parts of our room (shower, closet, floor). The location is great (public transportation and convenience stores, malls)

The pictures are deceiving, the state is very poor, but acceptable, it has a washing machine and a fridge that doesn't work, right in front of the metro

Honestly wasn’t gonna expect much from this hotel. But it was way better that what i’d expected. Room clean (obviously not 5 star clean) but as someone who is very petty about cleanliness (especially bathrooms) I was satisfied with what I had been welcomed with. Location is great there’s malls right next door for a quick bite, and i was able to get to any further locations (the bund, sight attractions) within 30mins even with traffic (30mins car travelling time is considered fast). Honestly biking in Shanghai is my favorite way to travel, roads are straight so no need to turn too many corners. Will come back to this hotel. The train sound wasn’t an issue for me, I didn’t hear any noise in my room, I can hear it outside in the hall though. Was roomed 1804 just fyi.

Very near to Metro station (Zhongshan Park) and surrounded with shopping mall and eatery too. Very helpful staffs. Breakfast is bento set and served to the room which will be better if you opt out of it too.

The hotel and facilities are very old. The room and facility does not look the same as we saw from the pictures on trip.com. For me, it is some kind of cheating. Stains are found on the bed sheet. Moreover, the security of the hotel is not good. Lots of people can take the lift of the hotel without the card. I just stayed this hotel for two nights even though I had already paid full for 5 nights. I also tried requested for part of refund from the hotel but they ignore me. Pls update the real pictures on trip.com. Otherwise, other peoples may fall into this trap.

Very well located but it’s an old hotel that could use some renovation. The stay was pleasant otherwise
