Easy to get around with DiDi , not too far from Nanjing road.(i prefer this area which is not too packed and not too touristy .). Malls is around . Walkable to eat many things (Starbucks is near by too)

Very nice place. Good location. Everything around 15 mn walk. Big room 35 m. People at the réception were very nice .

The room was very spacious and well lit. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. Service wise was superb, we arrived earlier than the supposed check in time, and the kind lady at the front desk immediately helped to settle our luggage and in the end even managed to find a room suitable for us to immediately check in and settle down. They even have these cute robots to bring food to our room whenever we order food deliveries. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying here.

Very nice place to stay ,clean and comfortable.everything is near by,stores,shopping malls,restaurants,cafes,the river is near by ,like 15 min walk from the hotel.

Great hotel located around the corner of beautiful Xintiandi area. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore different areas of the city. My apartment had an amazing view on the skyline of Shanghai. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The service team is very friendly and supportive. I would come back again.

The room is very spacious and very clean. The housekeeper lady was so nice and diligently cleaned and even neatly folded our clothes on the bed. The hotel staff understand English, and ordering food is a breeze as their robots will send right to your room. Very suitable for families/couples.

Very helpful staff. 2 metro nearby, each about 10 minutes walk away. Taxi is cheap to everywhere due to its central location.

The hotel was super clean, the lobby is soo comfortable and the staff was so friendly. In the room there was a laundry machine that dried out clothes (which was a new experience to me). And their staff ordered taxi for us and fixed out air conditioning issue. Definitely recommend and would definitely choose this hotel again!

Great location, within walking distance to bus and metro station. Room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, stove, kettle, cutleries, and utensils. Breakfast spread was simple and nice. Highly recommended.
