It was warm welcoming at the reception. Susan was kind enough to give us the relaxing stay. There were many choices of food around the hotel. Thanks for such a help.

This is not a real 4-star hotel! Don't waste your money! Rather stay with Marriott across the road.
Amenities - Almost certain that the fire sprinklers are broken and leaking (see picture). Broken desk in the room, so nearly impossible to work at. Elevator is probably two decades old, creaked and suffered to get guests to their floors. Pool seems to have been out of service forever.
Wifi- Just use your own mobile hotspot, because it cuts out a lot. Working in the hotel was a NIGHTMARE.
Customer service - Willing to the bare minimum. Had someone SMOKING in a room next door and their solution was to just call the person.
Breakfast - Oily, limited, stale bread, dirty stations
Rooms - Cleaning was minimal everyday, maybe only even making the bed. Don't think the toilet was well-cleaned. You'll hear everything your neighbours say and do, no privacy at all.

Great hotel for CEIBS students, not too far from the campus. Front desk staff were very helpful and hospitable.

Great stay at a great hotel. Was thankful to get an upgrade. Front desk was super helpful and accommodating. I left too early to try breakfast but will stay here again.

The reception staff was very helpful when I had republiken with a taxi driver who wanted to much money.

Not so close to the subway station but it is located very good western restaurants and pubs.

The bed was very comfy, very clean room given a complimentary upgrade. Walking distance to a mall. Nice area.

Very far from the city downtown but hood staff and transportation is good
