Location is good, 5 to 8 mins walk from metro station. Nearby have convenient stores and petrol stations.
Cleanliness of room is good, except that there was 1 pair of sealed but wet hotel slippers provided. Bathroom cubicle can be properly sealed to prevent wetting the floor outside. Like the wardrobe concept too.
Service of front desk staff is good too. Reached the hotel at 9-ish am in the morning, which was way earlier than the check-in hours. Receptionist provided service to store luggage, and manage to get a room at around 10:30am.
Facilities in the room is good, there's a fridge in the room. Room is spacious too.

My impression wasn't too bad. The room was generally clean, and the soundproofing was spot on. However, I felt the counter staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. They didn't offer any assistance when I asked for restaurant recommendations or suggestions on how to pass the time while waiting to check-in.

* Rather old hotel, some of the wall papers are peeling off, and with humidity/mold marks
* Receptionists and reception area: hmm... what to say, something like in the early 90s when i travelled to China...
* Room: Room is quite big, bed is good, bathroom is quite large, not luxury but practical

Not bad for the price, as well located next to coffee shop! Personal don't speak much in English but with google translate was everything managed good!

Got a nice room with city view. Hotel is not located in a crowded/tourist area. For someone who wants a glimpse of Shanghai life, this is a good location. There are 2 metro stations nearby. Although it’s not that close, it’s still within walking distance.
