There was no air conditioning whole night despite asking their technician the temperature was 26 degree. It was very terrible. I won’t reconnect anyone this place.

I will give high marks purely it gives me a free shuttle service to the hongqiao railway station which is just 15min away. Value for money. But if you want to stay nearer city center , then this is definitely not the place as it’s very far away from the Bund .

It was a very unpleasant stay. 1. The facilities in the room were outdated, the tiles were loose, and the mirror was peeling. 2. The breakfast management was chaotic, and the canteen underestimated the number of people. I arrived at the canteen at 7:10 and there was nothing there. At 8 o'clock, I only ate 2 uncooked buns. I negotiated with the waiter many times and he said there was no fried rice. Later he said there were noodles. I asked for a bowl, but it didn't come after waiting for 10 minutes. He explained that the water was not boiled, so I left angrily. I have never encountered such a situation before, but I encountered it in Vienna. It was really unbearable. 3. I reported the situation to the front desk that I didn't have breakfast, and the front desk said it was not their business. The service attitude was extremely poor.

After staying for two days, adults and children were bitten by mosquitoes more than a dozen times. This shows the hygiene situation! The electric mosquito repellent at the door is useless.
