The guest relations staff called in advance to inquire about my needs etc., which made my check-in process very smooth, the response was very timely during my stay, and the staff who checked me in was very professional. Hotel decoration is very atmosphere, the staff service is careful. Breakfast is in the form of buffet, the room is clean and hygienic, the environment is well located, and the facilities are complete. Annaamanda in Guest Relations was very attentive and helped me with a lot of questions. 5 star standard ~

It's not far from the Hongqiao airport. Spacious rooms, amazing variety at breakfast. Even the dinner menu has a great variety. They clean the room well everyday. There was never a need to complain about anything regarding cleanliness. Friendly hotel staff. Disney is very far from Hilton, but that's no fault of the hotel. Just sharing that important detail. There are many other nice places to see nearby. Tianzifang is a cute Chinese shopping alleyway. They have a lovely little pearl shop in there.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hongqiao Airport and the Hongqiao High-Speed Railway Station, making it easy to travel. It takes only 20 minutes to reach the National Exhibition and Convention Center. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities that are well-maintained.
Building No.2 has a good environment, and the rooms are equipped with large bathtubs, which are very suitable for relaxation. In terms of service quality: the front desk service is enthusiastic, the staff are professional, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. There are also many dining options in the vicinity.

The whole thing is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the room service is very convenient, the shower room is good, the dry and wet separation is done, and the facilities are all right. Once again staying at the Xiangyuan Hilton in Hongqiao, Shanghai, everything went smoothly. The hotel is located near the Caohejing Development Zone, which can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes, making it convenient for travelling to work. The front desk service was great. I was greeted with a friendly manner and arranged for a nice room. The hygiene of the room was very clean, the linens were very neat, even the cups showed signs of careful cleaning. I enjoyed the gym facilities at this hotel, the variety of equipment was very good for my fitness needs. Overall, a very satisfying stay and would like to return again when opportunity arises

Disappointing. We had to change rooms twice due to mould and the musty smell of mould or old smoke in the rooms. Around the A/C units in multiple rooms that we checked (when checking the replacement options) had mould around, and in the vicinity of the A/C vent. It was clear the vents had not been cleaned for a long time. On some floors when you came out the lift the whole floor smelt of a stale mould, or old smoke.
The rooms with a mould problem should not be used.
The staff were good at moving us to a better room but it took multiple attempts.
The hotel itself is somewhat tired looking in places.
The offer when we booked was Children stay for free. However when we checked in we were expected to pay for a bed for our daughter and purchase a 3rd additional breakfast. So this offer is basically useless, beware.

Just had some issues with the shower head and room was changed immediately. Breakfast service crew needs more training to be familiar with certain protocols. Other than that, excellent value for money with prompt response.

Hotel is old although refurbished.
The first room given to me was full of moulds smell. Was changed to another room upon request but took quite a while and I have to remind them a few times before I get to change my room.
The second room no smell but the cleanliness not very acceptable.

Upon arrive the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the spacious restaurant. Not only is it large, but the variety of food available is also impressive, ranging from authentic Chinese dishes to international cuisines, which will surely satisfy any palate.
The guest rooms are equally fantastic. They have a modern and cozy design thanks to the recent renovation, with all the necessary amenities and extremely comfortable furnishings that make you feel like staying in. The beds are soft and comfy, the bathrooms are clean and tidy, and there are modern facilities like high-speed internet and smart TVs.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, making transportation very convenient. Whether you need to go to the airport or the convention center, everything is easily accessible.

Really good place to stay at after a busy day in Shanghai. The location is quite far from the city center (the bund) But you can get there easily by taxi. All the facilities this hotel has to offer are really good: the breakfast, gym and spa are 10/10

I am very Disappointed from this Hotel I left Early and had a Breakfast without Issues but my Wife left 1 hour later and when She want to go to Breakfast She where refused to Arbeiter the Breakfast Room
I didn’t Expect this happen in a Hilton Hotel
Also the Aisle a bit smelly as well the Rooms smells badly
I will look for another Choice next Time

Best of the best! Great location near the Hongqiao train station and airport, clean and spacious room, amazing breakfast(my kids loved the Korean Ramen!) and not to mention wonderful services! We will revisit for sure when we come to Shanghai!!

The hotel room was clean, but I have a few complaints:
1. The room is very noisy at night. I was awake several times due to loud noises from upstairs and the front door. The bed is quite close to the door, so you can hear people closing the door from other room.
2. Hotel staff entered our room while we were inside. The staff knocked on the door but entered immediately without waiting for a response. I was about to open the door myself, but the staff opened it first. This lack of privacy was unsettling.
3. You have to go downstairs to pick up your food delivery.
