The hotel stay was excellent, the service level exceeded expectations, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive and advanced, making guests feel comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location was near the airport where we needed to be but it’s not great if you want to explore downtown. The staff were also lovely, The pool is nice and warm enough with great staff too. There was a few concerns I had. We had the ac in as cold and as high as it would go and it was just passable. I’d be scared to come in summer. We had the baby crib which was set up lovely but there was a weird door there baby could kick out of and slip through. We put a suitcase up next to it to keep it shut but it could be really dangerous if you didn’t notice.

I would stay in this hotel twice or three times. The lawn is large and suitable for children to relax. The bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and the quality is also good. It is very close to the Shanghai Zoo. It is right next to it. The only drawback is that there are no toiletries for children.

I have lived here many years ago. Now it is under the Jinjiang brand and is well maintained. The air is first-class, there is a large parking lot, and the water temperature of the swimming pool is the best I have ever experienced in winter.
