Excellent customer service, specially Mrs Maggie Z who can communicate clearly and friendly with foreigners.
Installations are very good.
Location is perfect for a relaxed stay avoiding the busy areas.

During labor holiday, I stayed this hotel for 3days. The most impressive thing of this hotel is enough space room. So our family had a good rest in this hotel. The breakfast doesn’t have various food but taste is delicious.
When I checked in, the front staff Maggie speak English well so there was no other uncomfortable thing at all. Maggie was so kind and I hope special thanks to her.

Very near to NECC. Has a shuttle to NECC which was very useful for us. We had taken the Club access room, the buffet choice was good and service was also good. Will definitely visit again.

Great Expereince, The gym is huge with many machines and a ping-pong table. Room service is fast and efficient. Staff member Maggie made sure everything ran smoothly the entire stay.

I dont like to ***** about things, but i stayed for one day. I was tired the day i arrived. So slept but in the morning i saw the dust in the room. It was on every corner and edge of the room. Didnt expected this from IHG hotels. Dustbin without removable bags too. Drainage is an issue not sure if many hotel have this problem or not.

Lovely hotel, with polite, English speaking staff.
The suite wash spacious and clean, with a great bath tub.
Breakfast was just OK.

The staff was great, specially Miss Maggie Zhao. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

The hotel is off a busy street but set back enough to be quiet. Quite clean. Very helpful concierge. Lovely artwork. Room was comfortable. There is a mall 2 blocks away that was a little rundown. Another, much better mall called UniCity was farther, taxi necessary. No metro. Only bus and taxi.
