The hotel is very big and clean. The staff at the reception and the bell boy are so friendly and welcoming. They can speak English so it’s very easy to communicate. The room are clean. I love the bed because it not too soft when sleeping. The highlight of this hotel is that they have the best location only 1min to the Nanjing shopping street and have lots of restaurants near the hotel. I really recommend

1 minute walk to Nanjing Road East Walking Street. Good value if you book early.

I'm glad everything goes without a hitch. My family enjoyed their ten nights there, and the room is tidy.

Excellent place to stay for business. Nice location for people to walk to Shanghai Bund Area and People Square. Xintian Di close by to spend an evening.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family of six, which included elderly members and young children. While the hotel adhered strictly to its 2pm check-in time, the staff kindly assisted us with luggage storage, allowing us to explore the area until our rooms were ready. Our rooms were immaculately clean and perfectly suited our needs. The hotel's prime location, just one street away from Nanjing Road and a short 15-minute walk to the iconic Bund, made it easy to take in the stunning night views. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although it wasn't particularly impressive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay for our family.

Been staying here few times and I must say everything is great except the water pressure of the shower head can be better especially for ladies with long hair. Probably due to the fact the hotel is quite old. Nevertheless, I will still stay in this hotel next time. But hotel should look into upgrading their shower facilities.

Not worth the price. Room is big but old and very dusty. Sinus immediately started once we stepped in room. Hotel front desk lady staff was also unfriendly. Deposit for the hotel is 500rmb per night (even though trip.com wrote 500rmb per booking) plus your hotel unpaid fees (which the front desk didn’t allow us to pay when we checked in), so total amount you need to let them “hold” is almost rmb 6000 for 4 nights. No amenities as well, everything need to request from front desk. Lousier than 4 star hotels we stayed in other parts of China.

Good location. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and courteous including the housekeeping lady.

But it's been 2 months and I still haven't received the money back. When can I get a refund? And two male employees at the front told me in an angry tone, and I felt very bad because it was so unkind.

Booked two rooms and both aircon are not cold  WC water flush is weak Breakfast very average unlike any five stars hotel  Ops 🫢 did I not book a Five Star hotel room?

Best location. walking distance to all beautiful places. The bund just 10 mins walking. The nanjing road 5 mins. Lots of eatery around. Best stay ever.
