The hotel rooms are clean and neat. The hotel breakfast buffet are great. It has alot of variety of cuisines. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful to old folks. My parents were very happy staying here during our first trip to Shanghai.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. Staff were friendly. I love the smell of the hotel. Location is right beside orient pearl tower, superbrand mall, IFC mall. Subway station is near, accessible to airport and almost all popular landmarks. We were upgraded to executive room with the view of artistic high rise buildings and orient pearl right in front of us. The night lights were captivating as well as daytime view. We were given free breakfast buffet and the spread is one of the widest. Western and Chinese cuisines are elaborate. The interior is also worth mentioning.
