Hotel Indigo Shanghai on The Bund Reviews

The room was pretty good and they gave us an upgrade upon arrival. However on the second day they gave us dirty sheets after cleaning our room so we had to ask for it to be changed again. The service was great though.

This was my first time to Hotel Indigo. Overall it was a good value of money. The hotel itself was a little dated but the rooms were good. We tried to order the room service at 11pm but they didn't provide any food service after certain time. It's convenient to order food delivery so it's fine. Location is the best as it's a door step at the bund. Will still recommend if you are looking for something of reasonable price and good location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The place was excellent for both family and business trips, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The staff are professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. This experience has made this hotel my first choice for future stays. Indigo special view room looks like this. Excellence view :)) Room size isn’t big but clean and nice.

Would classify this as business hotel, room service available with no extra charge. Indoor pool has a nice view of the Bund and Lujiazui skyline but needs some repairs on the pool corners.

What an amazing hotel! 🤩 I got an upgrade at check-in to a bigger room with breathtaking Bund view. The decoration in the room was beautiful and the bathroom had a big shower with massage function. The service team is very friendly. Special thanks goes to Lyna who warmly welcomed me. I definitely would book this hotel again. The location directly at the Bund is also very nice and many restaurants are nearby.

Every staff is nice and friendly, both reception and concierge, especially the receptionist, Joy, she has helped me in everything. Thank you.

The room view was breathtaking! The service was great. Special thanks to Mr. Ivan Qiu for arranging the airport pickup and drop-off and for helping us make dinner reservations which made our stay memborable.

The hotel roof top bar was amazing. Don’t have to go for cruise, just spend time to visit the top bar, which it gives you more you have expected. Will recommend to friend for sure.

Great room, great staff, great location. The shower was wonderful and it was nice to have a separate toilet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the room decor, too.

Good view and very clean

This check-in experience is really great. You can walk to the Bund around the hotel, visit the Yu Garden and the City God Temple, and run on the Bund in the morning. I wish I had discovered this hotel earlier. I was incredibly impressed with everything. Excellent service, great views, delishious breakfast, rooftop bar was outstanding. I will return.

Nicely decorated hotel. Aircon is a little wonky but workable. Huge bathroom and good amenities. Location is also very convenient for the south bund but not near a train station
