The hotel is due for a refresh. The furniture is so old and outdated. The phone is spoilt and you can't dial to the reception. The toilet bowl doesn't flush well.. its so weak and you will be worried that your deliveries won't be flushed.. it make me so stress out. But the reception service is wonderful especially the lady reception. She is very professional and doesn't allow some uncivilised lady to cut queue to check out. Thank you so much.

This is my fav hotel in Shanghai, where I escape my everyday life🤗 I enjoy it a lot though water in a pool is always too cold. Food is delicious and above all the service you get.

The service was excellent and I like the design and atmosphere actually, it’s very vintage chic, in a good way. Breakfast was not bad, it’s a bit hectic there but it’s a huge hotel so it’s okay. I will definitely stay again!

Good location, close to my Shanghai office. Many shopping malls, restaurants and cafe nearby too. Will definitely visit again.

Awesome location, very big property with spacious rooms an the lobby. Travelled with family, wife had bad experience during breakfast one of the waiter (a guy) was rudely responding which spoiled the mood. However breakfast options were good! There’s room for improving customer service.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

great place to stay at before the Christmas holiday as a treat. breakfast is good, i was not able to use the pool because it was in the middle of the gym and looked like an aquarium, but the gym has lots of machines to use.

The front desk reception officer Mr. Cleon Tang is very good. He is very experienced with the check-in and very fast. Made the whole check-in very easy after a long flight. Thanks. Mr. Ching.

Quit well located due to some near shopping and dining areas. Hotel give a little bit the feeling of coming back in the 90s but the service was really good, it was clean and hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was really good (coffee “could” be better ;-) )
