The hotel room is a bit outdated. Location is about 15 mins walk to subway. 4th floor recreation centre beside gym and swimming pool, they also have pool table and table tennis for hotel guest that is bonus if you like to have a game during your stay.

Great staff! They just don't bring anything up if needed. Baths are build SUPER low . Clean and great location. Good view

This hotel continues to amaze me for their service and cleanliness and professionalism. I tried the dinner buffet last Saturday and it was amazing with a combination of Chinese and Western. The great support of the staff (especially Angela) always make my stay comfortable.

At first, I wanted to book somewhere closer to Disney. However, after reading the amazing reviews, I made the decision to book at the Radisson Collection Hotel. We booked a family friendly connecting room which was the ideal choice for our family. The room consisted of three very comfortable beds, a large tent and 2 bathrooms. I really appreciated that the furniture edges in the room were covered to prevent injuries & that a bath mat was provided. The retractable clothing line also came in quite handy after our swim. The swimming pool on the 4th floor closes at 9 pm and unfortunately doesn't have a smaller pool for kids. I was told by one of the more kinder pool lifeguards to be extra careful when swimming with my 6 year old. The kitchen staff on the first floor were very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was amazing, I personally enjoyed the best Cappuccino here. Please try to have some luggage assistance for families with younger children. Thank you!

Staff are well trained and polite, efficient. Food and Beverage, good varieties of selection and tasty dishes both at 33rd floor and Ground floor buffet serving . Service staff are polite and efficient service . Level 2 smaller eating place serving Chineses dishes has room for improvement in terms of service and food quality. Overall , very good experience for the stay.

We like the lobby very much as well as the room! Easy access to outside restaurants which are not far from hotel! Good exercise walking to Line No. 10 Shanghai Metro through the park!

When booking online for the room, I choose for a more expensive garden view room. Actually, the hotel has no garden as is therefore misleading! Actually, the garden view is higher up and further away from the noisy Yan’a West (elevated) road. Please avoid misleading hotels - how can you charge more for a garden view if there is no garden. The hotel management called a small patch of green in front of the hotel ‘the garden’.

Only few people of the staff can speak english. I went to the Japanese Restaurant on the main floor and I couldn't order because the menu' is in chinese only and none could speak english. no photos on the menu. The good thing is the breakfast. well assorted.

I booked this hotel specifically because it said it has a swimming pool, then when I arrived they tell me it is closed. It is totally unacceptable, it should have been listed at time of booking that the pool was unavailable, and I would have booked another hotel.
