Located at 600 meter from the railway station. Really friendly and hardworking staff which arranged the check in quickly. We were also allowed to check in way earlier.

Refused to allow me to check in

I was planning to get a single room near the station because I was arriving late at night, but it was quite complicated and difficult to move around with a suitcase. When I got lost, a staff member from the inn showed me the way. The first floor of the building where the inn was located was very luxurious, so I thought I had made a mistake. The area around the inn had a somewhat unsafe atmosphere, but the lady at the convenience store was also kind and there were no particular problems. The room is often different from the photo, but it was different than I expected. I don't know if it was out of consideration or just sales, but they said I could get a better room if I raised the price a little, but I declined. To be honest, the cleanliness was low, but they did clean it properly. The original facilities are old. My room was right next to the shared toilet, so it smelled at first, but when I returned after a shower, it smelled like air freshener. It was in the corner of the room. At first, I wasn't given a room key, but when I asked for one when I was taking a shower, I was given one. I wondered if it was like a capsule hotel for men in Japan? But when I checked out the next day, it seemed like a family was checking in. In terms of value for money, I personally think it was a bit pricey, even taking into account the fact that it was a single room, but the staff were very friendly and even though I didn't understand the language they were very helpful and explained a lot of things to me, which I was very grateful for.

The single room I booked was small and clean. It was very convenient because I was catching an early train and it was near the train station. I arrived at the store very late, and the boss was very welcoming. Although the room was in the corridor, it was still quiet.

Friendly staff who helped in ordering a taxi. The room is large, the bathroom is old but large. For a hotel for a couple of hours before departure or overnight, it will do. But the location is not as close as the map shows. It’s written that it’s about 2 km, but in fact we had to travel about 15 km by taxi and, accordingly, this is an additional expense, but the staff is friendly

The experience is very bad and not satisfactory. The location is remote, very noisy at night, the environment is bad, the room is small, there is no kettle, not even mineral water. I suggest that if you want to stay for one night near Shanghai Station, it is best to choose a youth hostel. Of course, if you just want to deal with one night and don't mind, you can come.

Stayed for 3 nights. The boss is nice. The location is convenient. It's next to Chang'an Building next to Shanghai South Railway Station. There are food stalls nearby, so it's also convenient to order takeout.

Service: The service is average, there is basically no service, and the residents are basically migrant workers and poor students! You need to pay an extra deposit to apply for a room card!
