This is a very suitable hotel for adults or families. The breakfast is very rich. The front desk clerks, floor clerks and restaurant receptionists are all very professional and obviously well trained. Special thanks to Miss Cao, the front desk receptionist, for following up the service to understand the living situation. Thanks also to the front desk staff who helped to change the room to a quiet direction on the 11th and the younger brother who helped to open the room upstairs. It is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Guanglan Road Station on Metro Line 2, from which you can reach Pudong Airport and People's Square in the city center within 50 minutes, which is convenient for education. There are many dining facilities in the community commercial center on the east side of the hotel to meet dinner needs. Next time I come to Shanghai for tourism, I will give priority to staying in this hotel.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the front desk guy was very considerate and handled the early check-in procedure. The hotel is in a prime location, only a few steps away from the subway station, and it takes only a few minutes to get to the subway station. It is so convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast has a variety of Chinese and Western food options, and the restaurant service makes people feel comfortable. I will choose Metropark Hotel next time.

The room is nice, enough for a family trip, with a big bathtub 🛁, I like it very much. A small refrigerator is very necessary, the central air conditioning is too hot, and the drinks bought by the children are just right in the refrigerator.
