Excellent accommodations and convenient to catch a taxi to the hotspots. Only complaint was that the mini fridge didn’t get cold.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is quite good. Nearby got food stores available. Cleanliness can be improved. And refurbished the wallpaper and floor lamination as it’s peeling when I stayed. Staffs are helpful with our enquiries 👍🏻 overall, it’s still a nice stay

I repeated the hotel stay for more two days through trip.com. It gave me the option to rebook the same room and in fact i was charged lower fees as compare to the first time booking. I got very happy that i was offered discount for rebooking and rebooked it, but i felt cheated very next moment as right after booking when i was told by the hotel staff that i have offered the lower category room this time by trip.com. After arguing they made me pay the difference amount of CNY 144 to stay in the same room. Thus i realized that trip.com has cheated on me.

Great hotel. Every day they clean, make the bed, wash everything and change the towels. If you have drunk, they bring new bottles of water, tea and instant coffee to your room. There is Wi-Fi in the room, which is convenient, especially when you do not take a local SIM card, you can control the temperature in the room with the air conditioner. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shanghai zoo and Longxi road metro stations. It's only a 1km walk from Shanghai Zoo subway station to the hotel. There are so many snack bars along the way that I arrived at the hotel before I had enough food. The hotel room was unexpectedly spacious and clean. There was a small robot that could deliver meals to the door of the room. The sofas in the public area were also very comfortable. I almost didn't want to go back to the room, haha. The breakfast was a buffet with many varieties, including Chinese and Western styles. You can choose whatever you want. I went to listen to the Mayday concert with my friends. We chose a cost-effective hotel on Line 10, not far from the train station and within 1 km of the subway station. After repeated comparison, we chose Tuke.
Advantages:
1. The room is super large, with a 2-meter big bed, sofas, etc. It is no exaggeration to say that it is no problem for four people to live in it. The memory pillow and mattress are very comfortable to sleep.
