The room was bigger than what i thought, it was very clean and had everything i needed. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helped me with my things and children when i was travelling alone. I will definitely come back!

It’s just a Ji hotel, there were a few issues, the hotel looked clean but it smells like wet dog. The room was better but all carpeted areas had this strong smell😣. The front desk lady was not friendly AT ALL when I first checked in, but the next day I needed to store something in the fridge and the gentleman at the front desk was much nicer. The cleaning lady I bumped on the alley was also friendly. Also the robot would make lots of sounds on the doorway. Because the floor was not even it would clack clack all the way it was a bit scary until I found out what it was.

The room was very pleasant, and clean. Breakfast was good and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and very helpful. That impressed me the most.

After checking in, I found disposable underwear falling out of the quilt! It was speechless. The hotel dealt with it as a cleaning issue! It was hastily dealt with! I will definitely not stay here again in the future! I hope it helps people who need to stay here. The hygiene is suffocating!

I was very happy to drive to Shanghai for the first time, as a family of three! It was really good to be able to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel at this price here! The room was also clean and affordable! It was raining heavily when we went to the Bund. My wife and children were soaked and there was no place to hide from the rain. There were really too many people! This is a deep memory!

The hotel is in a great location, with 1699 shopping mall next to it. If you want to park your car later, there are more parking spaces here. The lobby is also relatively quiet because it is in the park. The hotel staff is also very nice and took good care of us. The front desk service is very enthusiastic.
