We encountered several problems during our stay at this hotel: both the bedsheets and the towels were dirty, they gave us only one towel even though we were two, the air conditioning didn't heat the room at all even though we had it on a temperature of 30°C, but the biggest problem was the fact that our "superior queen room" had a mattress that was made of hard plywood. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and tried to at least solve the issue of sheets and towels. To sum up, I do not recommend this experience.

The hotel staff was very accommodative to all requests. Good price to value ratio, but don't expect anything extreme. Would come again.

Room was filthy, bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Washing machine was very handy but nowhere to dry clothes.

Very dirty, mainly the bathroom. Small room with a very unconfortable bed (It was like sleeping on a table). No elevator and a very small window in the room. No help from the hotel, the good thing is that it is very close to a metro station (Nanpu brigde).

The room was old and not very clean. At night it is very noisy and you can hear everything. The good thing is the location, next to a bus stop so you can reach the touristic places. For a short stay it is ok.
