很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，我比較喜歡視野開闊的房間1，特地讓前台幫我安排了這個落地窗的房間，體驗非常好，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯!

房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，房間有提供免費的兩瓶礦泉水，還有一次性紙杯，衞生嘎嘎乾淨，而且小區管理很好，晚上睡覺很安靜，枕頭尤其舒服，一整晚安睡，前台人員細緻周到、幫忙推介路線和美食，超有耐心。

幫朋友訂的，朋友説住的很滿意，衞生很乾凈，床單被罩看着就很舒服，房間挺大的。在前台等朋友的時候，前台小馬很熱情的跟我打招呼，大廳的裝修風格也很喜歡，下次有朋友來還住這裏，距離梅川路步行街很近吃飯也方便，點贊，很棒

椅子很臟，上面有不明白色液體。
整個酒店有三層，但是沒有電梯，對於拿行李的很不方便。
衞生間裏的排風扇是壞的，完全用不了。床頭的讀書燈也是壞了一個。
洗衣服雖然有洗烘一體的洗衣機但是居然要收費，住了那麼多酒店，第一次見還需要收費的洗衣機。
沒有房間打掃的服務，甚至不給換毛巾，還是打了電話才拿了新毛巾上來。
對比下來，會有性價比更合適的同價位酒店。
唯一比較欣慰的是酒店服務員的態度都很好。
