This hotel is very old and shabby, and does not match their chain's reputation. Location wise is great as they are next to Pudong Avenue metro station exit 8.
There is no lift in two buildings. I requested to get a free room upgrade to be in a lift accessible room because that day was my birthday. Unfortunately, I got rejected directly, saying that the price difference of RMB50 per night is huge whereby I'm staying for 2 nights. TBVH, I got a free upgrade without requesting in Suzhou which worth SGD240 ish two nights as I was checking out on my birthday.
The staff is not friendly and helpful at all, they all have faces like I owe them billions :) The only friendly staff is the housekeeper aunty.
One grateful thing is that I arrived at the hotel about 10.30am and they have a room for me to put my luggage aka check in. However, the room's floors are spoiled and wallpapers are brownish even some parts at the bottom beside the bed are tearing off (didn't manage to take photos of the wall).

I don’t really recommend this hotel to foreign travellers due to its poor facilities and bad customer’s service. There is also a mold issue around the tap. For a room with this price, the issues above are not common.

The environment is good, the room is very clean, the service attitude is very good, the transportation is convenient, it is right outside the subway station, and you can see Lujiazui CBD. It is suitable for business travel and is worth recommending.

Facilities: Complete, tidy beds, clean and sanitary rooms. I went out early in the morning and came back at noon. There was cleaning. It felt really good and warm. The environment was elegant and fragrant. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, patient and caring. The check-out and invoicing were very professional and fast. The overall feeling was very good! So good comments🌹🌹🌹
