We highly recommend to stay away from this fake 4 star hotel!!!! We had to change rooms 3 times.First room was smelly from cigarettes and was near construction.. 2nd had many cockroaches when we returned at midnight…. We had to changed for the 3rd time
WiFi doesn’t work definitely not a 4 star not even 3 star hotel. 2.5 at best.

Not clean. Not as good as described. Seedy motel. Almost no gym.

Just so so. It is an overrated for 4-Star. From my point of view, only 3 star.

The hotel is fine and the location is perfect, but one night, the lights wouldn’t turn off because of a problem of the hotel. I couldn’t sleep that night and they refuse to return the money for the lost night.The day after, I went to have breakfast and when I arrived (11 aprox) the lights weren’t fixed. Their only solution was changing the room, causing more trouble because I had all my luggage there. Basically, the staff didn’t try to help, they just told me that they couldn’t do anything and that I should talk to Trip.

It's my pleasure to stay at Jing Lai hotel Selection. It's was surrounded by the local apartment, mini park, art library, catolic church, Restaurant, Metro Station which is convinience for us to walking around in the area or to city center. But for me, with carry on the big luggage is not very convinient as the didi taxi can't stop in front of the main gate as have the fence blocker special for the pedestrian and motorcyle driver. Fortunately the guy in the receptionist help me alot to moved my big luggage to his car. thank you so much for the hospitality during my 3 night stay.

Location is good. Underground is nearby. But the shower has water leakage and the carpet is dirty along the corridor. Anyway the price is relatively good among hotels in the area.

I can smell smoke coming in from outside and the walls are thin.

The hotel room door closing is incredibly loud, creating a resounding "bang" at the door frame. The noise is so disruptive that it will wake you up, even in the middle of the night. Last night, at 2 am, I could clearly hear the repetitive "bang, bang, bang" of doors slamming from different rooms down the hallway.
The lack of sound insulation is a major issue throughout the hotel. Beyond the problematic door noise, I could also clearly hear sounds from the upper floor and neighboring rooms. The overall sleeping quality is really bad at this hotel.
Apart from these noise concerns, the rest of my experience at the hotel was satisfactory. However, the disruptions caused by the door slamming and lack of sound insulation would make me hesitant to stay here again in the future. A simple change to doors with soft-closing hinges would help a lot.

There was no international internet connectivity, As I traveled from India, No a single app or service was not available on there network

Staffs at the hotel are kind and nice. Best location for me with walking distance for all. Will re-visit to stay in next time. One thing suggestion to hotel that furnish the refrigerator to the rooms
