The Silver Star member room was not upgraded for me. I stayed for two days in a row. I booked one on Ctrip, and the next day I was upgraded to another room that I ordered directly at the hotel. When I went to have breakfast in the morning, an aunt stood at the door of the kitchen and shouted "Hello, which room are you from" to everyone who came in for breakfast? It was a very loud shout. I really don’t know what she was thinking. If you want to collect breakfast tickets, just behave and stand at the entrance to collect them one by one. This is an attitude and service... The scene was still the same the next day. The same Hanting Hotel in our hometown is very good, and our place is still a rural county town. Breakfast in winter is not only hot, but the dishes are all green and fresh, and no one shouts so loudly... Except for the porridge here, which is hot, everything else is cold, and the sweet potatoes on the other side are all black. The air conditioner in the room kept squeaking in the middle of the night...
