I recently stayed at the All Seasons Hotel on Caobao Road, and my experience was overall pleasant, with a few areas for improvement. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around Shanghai. It’s close to Sunlight Center, which is great for business travelers or those visiting nearby medical facilities. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring the space felt fresh and tidy each day. It offers essential amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace in the room, and basic toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting promptly with check-in and providing recommendations when I needed. The breakfast selection, however, while decent, could benefit from a bit more variety, especially for international guests who may prefer a mix of local and Western choices.
I’d give the All Seasons Hotel a solid 4 out of 5. It’s a great option for those seeking convenience and affordability in a busy part of Shanghai. This is my second time stay at this hotel, preferred their location in the city. But this time I had some room matters with the hotel, 1st night checked in and found that the room window cannot be closed; after changed room, 3rd night my room was in totally dark without electricity supply.

The hotel is very nice. Didn't expect that the hotel will be this nice compared to the price. The room is very spacious and the price I paid included breakfast. The service is good for Chinese standard. Will definitely come back again when I visit Shanghai.

The experience was terrible. The air conditioner was broken and there was no heat at all. I was trying to fix it in the middle of the night, but it didn't work and I ended up freezing until dawn. There are few types of breakfast and it is almost impossible to grab it. All in all, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

The room itself is relatively clean, comfortable, and the service is good. There is a funeral home next to the hotel, so if you mind this, you can consider it. I also booked it through Ctrip. At first, they said there was no breakfast, but when I checked out, they asked It says that there is no display, I hope this can be improved.

The room facilities are complete, but the toilet is not an electric heating smart model, and the items are relatively simple. It is a bit noisy when sleeping at night, but there are robots delivering meals to ensure that you will not be disturbed. Overall I am satisfied. The front desk was very easy to talk to. We were supposed to check out at 12 o'clock, but after negotiation, they agreed to delay the check-out to 1 o'clock in the afternoon. The service was satisfactory. This hotel has been included in the list of hotels I will choose next time I travel.
