There is a free parking lot but it is very small. Fortunately, a driver helped me park the car. I took a taxi and the subway to travel. The room is quite big in Shanghai. The service of the beautiful lady at the front desk was also very good. For takeaway, I had to go downstairs and pick it up from the shelf at the entrance of the hotel. The only bad thing was that I found two stains on the towels. I hope they can strengthen the cleaning and disinfection work!

The hotel is clean and has parking space. In Shanghai, the price/performance ratio is good. The subway is not far away and the transportation is convenient. The weather in Shanghai is also good these days. I had a lot of fun.

The hotel staff had a bad service attitude. I checked in at 3pm and complained that the air conditioner was not cooling. I made several phone calls during the stay and it was not fixed until almost 8pm. I negotiated with the hotel about this. It was amazing.

The environment is very good. The projector is very good. Although it is on the roadside, it is not noisy at all when the windows are closed. It is very clean and the room is very cozy. It has a smart toilet. I will stay here again next time.
