牀板特別硬，幾乎沒有床墊，是睡過最不舒服的床，老闆娘在登記入住後打電話讓我下樓換房卡，詢問我有沒有動東西，我説坐了床她説那沒事，好像準備不再打掃就給下一個客户，把一米八的床給換成了一米五的，並且聲稱豪華大床房就是有兩個床型，但平台上並未説明
