Great location, 5 minutes from the metro station.
Comfortable beds, a kettle in the room. There's a fridge at the reception that you can use.
Shower needs some attention, it switches from cold to hot and you just need to turn it up or down from time to time.
Staff at the reception desk was slow to check us in at night so we had to leave our passports until next day as we couldn't wait any longer.. Another time we had a simple request and it took a long time to figure out that they could not and had no wish to help us. That was unpleasant. Even to book a taxi took a lot effort to explain.
There was a room service every day, they brought us water and all the supplies.
Restaurant next to the hotel is not very cheap. They don't serve breakfast. And it doesn't related to the hotel which is confusing.
We had a room for 3 people and we were given just one key. That's very inconvenient since you need room key to use an elevator.

The location is good to check all the famous areas.
But the personnel looked us very badly. We felt not welcome there.
We are backpackers who may not be dressed up for what "this hotel asks for" but it's all window dressing because then the bed was the hardest of our trip, my ribs hurt 5 minutes after getting into bed. Not confortable at all.
