Great hotel near Hongqiao airport. Staff were friendly and patient with my poor mandarin skills. Room was clean and comfy. I would 100% stay again

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants and parks. The room is clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The buffet is not big, but delicious. I liked the hotel.

Location: Quite ok, there are many convenience store around the hotel. But hotel quite far from the Metro, you need to walk about 10 mins to go there.
Cleanliness: Clean and Tidy
Service: Ok, warm welcome
Response from Property: The attentive experience of the parents gave Xiaoyou full motivation to move forward. Perhaps all the waiting in time is the continuation of a beautiful fate, just like our first meeting. Although there are some flaws, it also creates reverie for the next meeting.

The Staff were friendly and courteous. They English level is zero. The room was clean, odor free and the air conditioner works very well. The location is good with some places to eat just beside the hotel and there is a mall “The Place” about 10 minutes walking.

Didn't get my double bed . Like the place . close to Donghua university . Love the early check in 9am .

The hotel was not very far from subway and shopping malls. The front desk guy didn't speak English of course, but we could communicate with the help of translatimg apps. The bathroom looked nice, at least not with glass doors. The bed was quite small and uncomfortable for 2 people. Breakfast was really bad, very oily. We could hardly eat anything

This is a good hotel with good service. They offer free laundry as well. Service was courteous.

Good to stay here , feel like stay at home so warming welcome and nice stuff. Everyone helpful a lot. Near by have lots of food and supermarkets so convenient.
