Located next to MRT Station which you can easily go to attraction area in Shanghai. The room is spacious and comfort, the breakfast is great.

Checkin was smooth and breakfast was delicious but I had a very bad experience in the sauna room when I asked for towel and I saw the storage room were the towels was kept I was shocked, how come there is no hygienic place to store the towels, we are using on our bare body and towels were stored on the floor in such way which was not acceptable.

The Kunlun Jing An Hotel features a large, clean swimming pool suitable for both beginners and experienced swimmers. The beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxation and exercise.
Breakfast is served in the lovely Atrium, surrounded by a small pond and natural light, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved.
Overall, this resort offers an excellent combination of relaxation and amenities, making it a fantastic choice for all guests. Highly recommended!

Whenever I visit Shanghai, I book this hotel. It’s perfect. There was even a concert / festival going on across the street this stay.

Not good enough….The hotel is in a good location and has a decent breakfast , the area where the breakfast is served is quite charming. The hotel is big, but very dated looks like it was a big hotel in the 80s or 90s and hasn’t updated the style since. The rooms are not very big and the decor is tired. The hotel staff is not very friendly, quite the opposite, especially front desk. The cooking staff from breakfast is lovely though,l. The swimming pool is not great, the water is very cold. Too pricey for what it offers, even for Shanghai prices.

Nice hotel close to Jingan subway station, just a few minutes of walk away.
Nice spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and small pool.
Clean and well maintained.
Check in was slow.

The property has always been very close to my heart for years and I know some of the long serving staff. Chief concierge - Jamie and GR manager - Diana are both unbelievably helpful and professional . They are the reasons me and certainly many travellers keep returning !
Place is clean while staff are good overall !

Realistically, Kunlun is 4 star hotel with 2 star service. The staff have no desire to help you. It leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. In Jingan district, I have stayed at The PuLi, ShangriLa, Swisshotel and the Kunlun ... and I would recommend them in that order!

Had a pleasant stay here for 2 nights. Comfy rooms, though a bit aged, and very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would come back!

"I am absolutely delighted with my first stay here. The room is impeccably clean and well-organized, devoid of any unpleasant odors, which contributes to a pleasant and comfortable environment. The location is superb, with excellent transportation links that make getting around a breeze.
The Executive Lounge staff, particularly Christina, were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering assistance with my luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Stella's radiant smile truly made my day! The combination of these factors has left me with a memorable impression, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
