The room was small but ok. Though it's not worth the price. Upon turning the AC on, a strong cigarette smoke scent appeared, so I just slept without AC. The bed also made me feel very itchy like there are bed bugs. The road noise is also loud. I wasn't able to sleep well that night. I didn't bother to call anymore since I was exhausted and my things are scattered already if I have to move to a different room. As a frequent traveller, good thing I didn't book multiple days here.
I feel like I was given a not-so-good room since I'm a guy (just a speculation) though I requested a nonsmoking room. I highly recommend you to use separate rooms for foreigners since we are used to non-smoking rooms.

**Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!**
The hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Convenient amenities and a peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect stay. Would definitely come back!

Cheap and affordable. The location is close to Hongqiao international airport and railway station. The most important part is they have free pick up and drop off service from airport. Highly recommend during your short or long visit to Shanghai.
