Always very pleased to be staying in this hotel. Felt like home away from home. Friendly and welcoming staff from reception, concierge to morning banquet. Exceptional thanks to receptionist Ms 麦田 and Ms 筱义 for their pleasant hospitality and assistance to arrange overseas courier. Overall Hotel cleanliness is good, conveniently located (walking distance to metro station Line2/7/14 Jing’ An Temple Station) and close to The Bund as well. Several malls located in the vicinity as well (Kerry Centre), with plenty of F&B choices.

Wonderful stay and experience

This is the most comfortable Atour Hotel I've ever stayed in, and it's no less than a five-star hotel. The breakfast is also delicious. Miss Maitian at the front desk is super professional and enthusiastic, thank you very much!

The environment is elegant, the sound of the music is moderate, the lobby is fragrant, and the overall experience is great. . The room is very clean. The sheets are Atour's exclusive four-piece set of bare cotton, with cotton seeds visible to the naked eye. It's very comfortable to lie on the duvet and sleep on the mattress. It was so comfortable. I asked the front desk and found out that the mattress in the room was the same type of mattress sold for more than 13,000 yuan in Atour Mall. The configuration is really high~ . I decisively placed another order to stay for one more night.
