The whole staying experience with the hotel was great, Easpecially, their bus services, the front desk sent me very clear instructions where, when and how to get to the pickup location. I arrived 1 hour earlier than expected, when I called, they returned and picked me up. I was surprised that they actually sent a guy separately to the waiting aera looking for me and other passengers. Exceptional service, well deserved 5 starts. Definitely will stay in this hotel again next time

Clean and modern new building. No too far from airport. Would be nice if it had a spa though. But still 5 stars

I booked a hotel for transit at Pudong Airport. The area around the hotel is quite remote, so I chose the newer Orange Crystal Hotel, which provides airport pick-up service. I was quite satisfied with it. The service staff was very enthusiastic and helped me delay check-out for more than an hour. I slept very comfortably, and was very satisfied with the pillows and mattress. I will come again next time!

The room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful. I like the lighting design. The air quality is a little bad, but it's okay with the air conditioner on. There is a free airport shuttle bus, which is a good thing!

The hotel is about 10 kilometers away from Pudong Airport by car, and parking is quite convenient. The hotel should have just opened not long ago, and it still has a bit of decoration style. The room area is relatively small, but the decoration color and material combination are quite good for a fast hotel, and it is quite warm. The breakfast is also OK, but the dining time is quite long, it seems to be from 4:30 to 10:00 in the morning.

We arrived at night and there was supper. The wontons were delicious and there was watermelon. The room was very clean, and the bathroom towels and bedding were equivalent to those in a five-star hotel. Quiet. The breakfast was also good.

Breakfast was open at 4:30 in the morning. They said it was to take care of passengers who were catching the flight. The food was also very rich. The airport pick-up was very timely, even more punctual than me. The ladies and brothers were more worried than me that I would miss the flight. Haha, I had a lot of luggage and they specially helped me to send it to the car. I told the driver to help me with the luggage. It was very considerate!
