Great stay in this hotel! Im solo traveller so they are so kind to help carrying the luggage. The receptionists all of then are friendly and polite.
The have coffee making machine at ground floor, is accessible 24hr. Room space is just good for 1 person stuffs, cleanliness is excellent, bed is comfortable. I like the room design and the smart control XiaoDu 😍 From my room can see the global harbour building, wonderful! Breakfast is nice too! 👍🏻

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel's proximity to Global Harbor Shopping Mall, a family-friendly neighborhood mall, was a convenient bonus.

Was okay for the price.
The room smelled a bit damp, and we could see it was from the shower leaking.
We did book a room with a view on Trip.com, but when we arrived this was not so.
The staff were nice.
The room would be good for business visitors rather than holiday/tourists.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Compared with the larger room I booked last time, the room is still a little smaller overall, but it has everything it should have, the facilities are all new, the shower water is very hot, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. It is still very comfortable to stay here.
