Came to Chongming for fun on Friday night, this hotel is not bad! Part of it is used as a recuperation base for the elderly, and part of it is open to the public as a hotel. Summer Gu is awesome! The hotel is located in a retirement resort, and the environment is very quiet. Miss Gu at the hotel front desk was very nice and added WeChat in advance. After arriving, she upgraded to a suite. The accommodation experience was quite good. Because there are no places to eat around, I ate at the community center next to the hotel for lunch and dinner on the day I arrived. The dishes are mainly for the elderly. They taste good and are relatively light. The only drawback is that the food is served very slowly and there are few types of breakfast. I hope to follow up. can be improved. Overall, it is recommended to stay here, especially if you plan to visit Dongtan Wetland.

The check-in experience was okay. Apart from the fact that I couldn't make calls, the balcony door couldn't be closed, and the TV in the living room couldn't be turned on, there were no major problems. Dinner was disgusting (there wasn't a restaurant or convenience store for several kilometers around). There were only three restaurants in the store. I am a guest, not to mention the long wait time for the meal. It took a long time to tell me that the dishes were no longer available and needed to be changed. The fried hairtail was hard and fishy. It was probably the leftover fried hairtail. I put it in the microwave and brought it up. The key is the size of the shepherd's purse. I waited about half an hour for the wontons to be brought out. 週末來崇明度假，主打一個賞星之旅，就選擇了離觀星點近的這個酒店，結果怎麼説呢？ 酒店離觀星點很近，看完星星五分鐘就開過來了，下來問了一下，説地下停車場很繞，讓我們停路面，但是路面此時已經停的七七八八了，繞了一圈後才經過保安指引找到位置。 辦理入住之後説送了一張療愈券，我們兩人？就送了一張，雖然後來也沒用上。在我的詢問之後，才告知酒店早飯到九點就結束，而且是到對面鄰里中心吃，這麼一聽就沒胃口了。 安排的房間在六樓，朝向馬路，毫無窗外景色可言，是最裡麪的一間，倒很安靜，酒店因為新裝修，還是有一點味道的，但是整體的設施都很乾凈，使用痕跡很少。用的自動馬桶，小米音箱和電視，空調晚上還是有點吵的，但是力度十足。迷你吧都是空的這點也很奇怪，就給了兩瓶小瓶百歲山！房間內也衹有兩把椅子。 最值得吐槽的是當初是衝著大床來的，睡了之後才發現是兩個床拼接的，中間的拼接地方很明顯，晚上翻來覆去經常被膈着。 總體來説酒店一般般，可能是因為新的，整體服務都跟不太上，體驗一般，屬於是不會來第二次的那種。

非常好我經常住酒店這家酒店是我最滿意的服務非常好把客人當家人無論是什麼地方碰到員工都能做到禮貌問候酒店設備非常到位特別是細節方面處理非常細膩是別的酒店所沒有的一個小小的貼紙一個小小的指示都表現得非常人性化特別是老年人住這間酒店很舒服特別要提的是前台服務小姐非常暖心晚上我用一下微波爐她非常熱情的幫我還説幫我送房間在這裏我再和你説聲謝謝B302客😞👍🤝❤️

五一假期安排家人去崇明太保家園小住兩天，買的套餐升級的一房一廳的套房，房間乾淨整潔，整體比較滿意，就是周圍餐廳比較遠，需要開車出去~

首先，我要讚揚酒店的服務團隊。他們非常專業和熱情，始終保持着微笑，並時刻準備滿足我們的需求。無論是前台接待員、客房服務員還是餐廳員工，他們都展現出了高度的專業素養和真誠的關懷。 酒店的房間寬敞而舒適，裝飾典雅而現代化。床鋪非常舒適，讓我得到了良好的休息。浴室設施齊全，乾淨整潔。此外，酒店還提供了高速無線網絡和衞星電視，讓我能夠方便地與外界保持聯繫，並享受娛樂節目。 酒店的餐廳提供了多樣化的美食選擇，無論是早餐、午餐還是晚餐，都能滿足我的口味需求。食物新鮮美味，服務員也非常友好和專業。

房間很大很滿意，設施設備都很新，就是位置比較偏，出去10㎞陳家鎮才有吃的。酒店有餐廳，過年期間提前預訂，早飯很滿意，品類還挺多。唱歌、電影、vr、古箏、書畫都有，偶爾來度假不錯的選擇。工作人員都很友善，尤其前台顧小姐服務很貼心！

酒店是一個療養中心，各種設施都很齊全，酒店公共區域有小孩玩兒的樂園，KTV、書房等。房間裏面的設施也都很新；到前台給做了免費升級房型，住着更舒服了，午飯和晚飯也有套餐可供選擇，整體還是挺不錯的。
