Close to home, located on Ocean University South Campus, the room was very quiet. Relatives and friends who come home all arrange to stay here. Because I was doing business nearby, I initially chose this hotel because of its convenience, but I was very satisfied. The hotel is located inside a university research institute. It is quiet and safe. The front desk service is also very timely and the room cleanliness is also very good. There is a canteen downstairs where you can pay via WeChat, which is very convenient.

The bedding is clean and tidy, the environment is good and quiet. The waiters are warm and polite. Maybe because it is not a professional hotel and it is newly opened (shown on Ctrip), I feel that the equipment and facilities need to be improved. Personally I think the bed and pillows are a bit hard. The quilt was too thick. The central air conditioner may have been set to cool air at night, but there was no air conditioning and it was a bit hot. The hot water in the bathroom takes a while to come out, and the amount of water is small. Overall, it's okay, I'm satisfied

環境很好，很清靜，酒店設施也蠻好，就是枕頭有點高睡的我有點難受，廁所堵了叫服務來的很快。我是準備考研複試來這裏的，現在也上岸了，希望後來的人來繼承我的運氣哈哈哈😆

房間是超級簡樸那種，洗漱用品前台會送，就是一個牙刷包+一把梳子。辦在海洋研究所裏，環境是不錯的，停車也方便。早餐就是食堂裏的教工餐廳，兩個包子一碗粥，七元錢，微信付款寶都可以，包子比一般的大一點。

很乾凈衞生，學校裏的專家招待中心，晚上很安靜，簡潔的全季風的裝修。 早餐可以直接在一樓食堂買8塊錢左右解決，超方便。服務態度都很好，住的很滿意。唯一缺點是洗澡水有點點乎涼乎熱。不

位置很好，非常方便上海理工和海洋大學的學術交流，業務拜訪。 客房乾淨，簡約，安靜。值得推薦。 特別值得一提的是，停車位充足，在魔都上海最合適。
