Overall is quite good. The staffs unable to speak English but it is fine we able to chat via WeChat. The location is very convenient and close to Mrt Wuning road walk distance around 5 minutes near few shopping malls and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The location is good but it is the loudest place I stayed in Shangai. I had to cancel my last 3 days because the constant moving furniture sound did not allow me to rest for a minute:(

Not all the front desk people speak english and the cleanliness is improvable, but it is a good hotel to stay for a weekend and it is well located.
They are more kind than other hotels in the city.

Room of this hotel and facilities is good (automatic toilet!) but the agent cannot speak English and the door is hard to open and 300m from metro not bad

some rooms are much better than others, as.some duplex had a strange distribution, in particular one with the bed up may be too hot upstairs while cold downstairs, failing in the redistribution on heat. but in general is ok, and the night i booked the room with viscoelastic matress it made me sleep so so well.

The hotel has one elevator and during my stay it broken down. Only access is the fire escaped outside the hotel building which is scary high.
