Amazing stay, great location. Located within Jing An district and walkable distance to Jing An temple and nearby shopping malls. There’s also the subway station just 2mins walk away.

I had a disappointing experience this time. When I first inquired about a parking spot, their response was rude, and they weren't helpful even when we called for assistance. Although the issue was resolved after we arrived, it left us with a bad feeling after a long day of traveling.

Really a nice place, close to the metro station. The room was clean and the place is quiet. There is a nice bar in the lobby. At walking distance you can reach a lot of restaurants (even international restaurants) and bars. Highly recommended !

It was a great stay, with laundry room to wash, dry, and iron clothes. The room was good and the breakfast area was beautiful!

The hotel is located in a great location, downstairs is the metro station and by just walking 15min is in Jing An Temple. It’s my second time staying there, it’s super clean and the staffs are very friendly. Would stay here again next time.

Good location 1 minute to metro station, accessible for city walk in Shanghai. Room is clean and well maintained, Staff 肉肉is friendly and help arrange early check in for us received !thank you! Unlike another male staff unhappy that we 3 person with 3 luggages

The room is equipped with the Japanese smart toilet. I like it. Also, the staff is helpful and they help us reserve a car to the airport. Moreover, they have a robot to deliver food to your room. That’s very cute.

We stayed for 5 nights, room is spacious, friendly staffs, good location, near to MRT statation, less than 10min walk. The most disappointed things is the breakfast, not many choices, and everyday almost same dishes, except changing a few hot dishes. Same dessert for the whole 5 days, same fruit, same noodles.... Same porridge... 🙄🙄🙄🙄Really not recommended for breakfast.

Excellent and be back to China on UrCove by Hyatt chain of hotels. Fantastic housekeeping services by Ms 赵，always at her services to our many request. Their smart robot services are great and the front desk is helpful and friendly. Love the laundry room, free at our own use. Location just next to Wuding Rd Station, very accessible to anywhere. Our 6N stay there was comfortable like at home.Highly recommended !

Nice view and extremely good location! LRT is accessible within 1 min walk and just few stations from the famous Nanjing Rd. Will definitely recommend and stay here again when I’m back in town.

Location very near Subway station.. Wuding Road a bit walk. Hotel also have some snack like a tea , 2 kind of hot soup after 6pm .. yummy. The room was great big one, good design .. our family 💕 this hotel. We will come to stay once again if we visit Shanghai. Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Shanghai. The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.
