Hua shu yi is a delightful hotel in the suburb of Shanghai, close to Suzhou. Though the carpet in the hallways could use replacement, the rooms are very clean and well-stocked. Though out of the way, it's situated in a wonderful community and neighbors some great restaurants.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and made my stay very welcoming and comfortable. Great hotel if you're on a tight budget but still want to visit Shanghai. Didi from Huashuyi to Yu Garden, The Siper Mall, and The Bund is only about $15 or ¥115.

Great hotel. Far from the center but not far from Anting metro. Great price and great quality for the price. Free breakfast of Chinese food! No refrigerator in room. Would stay again when I'm not in a rush to get to the center.

Firstly I will start with the price of this hotel it’s quite affordable and the service is excellent, and it’s not very far away from the subway station, I enjoyed every bit of my stay there. I will definitely booked again on my next trip

The room is clean and the front desk service attitude is very good! The hotel is equipped with free parking and there are plenty of parking spaces. There is a charging station 200 meters away, which is very convenient and affordable. The experience is good!
