Parking is inconvenient. There are only about five or six parking spaces. It depends on your luck if you can park. The breakfast is terrible. There are very few things and there is nothing to eat. It is a new hotel and the air conditioning in the room still smells. Apart from these three points, I am very satisfied with everything else. It is very close to Global Harbor and can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes. The waiters are very good, enthusiastic and proactive in solving problems. I hope they can improve the shortcomings.

When I checked in, a young man named Harry at the front desk was very enthusiastic and smiled very charming. I stopped the wrong car at first, stopped in front, learned that it was easy to post the list, and I drank again. The young man helped me park the car in the hotel parking lot without saying anything. When I checked in, I also asked me if I needed lemonade to sober up and introduced me to the hotel facilities. I went to the restaurant in the morning, the breakfast room was very rich, and then I went to the gym after breakfast. The fitness equipment was very good. When I left, it was Harry who poured me coffee and sent me out. The original hotel parking lot is very large. Will come next time. Thanks to Hilton for providing such a good facility, thank Harry for his service. There is also an old street nearby, a bit of Suzhou taste, very good, come back next time

The place is 10 minutes ride from National Convention Center (and the subway station there) and 20 minutes away from Hongqiao Airport. The ancient town of Zhujiajiao is probably 30/40 km from the hotel, and you can go there by subway as well. There is refurbishing works at the hotel front door causing noise in the early morning (7 a. m.) and inconvenience in getting on the taxi. There is also works next door on our floor which also incurring noise in the morning. The hotel is otherwise decent and clean.

The room was spacious with a very nice view. The hotel staff was friendly. Allocated a beautiful room for us. My flight was delayed, I got to put on for one more night last min. The breakfast was good too, big variety of selection from western to oriental food. Overall experience is good, I will stay here here again when I come to Shanghai
