Booked this hotel because the relatives were hospitalized in Atmon Hospital, it took 10 minutes to walk, very convenient! The fly in the ointment is that the breakfast is monotonous and unchanged.

Clean room , good location and good breakfast, the staff are friendly. I had a really good rest for two days! I stayed in a renovated room and it was pleasant and had a nice view. Next time I go to Shanghai, I want to stay again. It was good that the staff spoke English well and responded really kindly. The receptionist Ms.Michelle,Zhang responded with sincerity. The place was kept very clean and the room was also perfectly clean everyday. the location is good, very close to the Jinan temple, overall we had a great time. Convenient location, easy access to the subway… We got a room with the best view! Oriental pearl was my view during my stay!

The hotel's location is unbeatable—conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping areas, and public transport, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. A special shoutout to Regina, who truly made our trip memorable with her fantastic recommendations and helpful information about local attractions. Her thoughtful assistance added a personal touch to our stay that we greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious added to the overall experience.

She knew a lot about the cherry blossoms and pointed out the direction of the visit. The focus was on Gate 3, which allowed us to take a shortcut. We’ve always been intrigued by this hotel. We enjoyed the rich history of the place. This is reflected by the intricate details found throughout the hotel—beautiful wood parquet, stained glass, etc. Our room was great, and the bathroom has luxe sundries and facilities (Dyson hairdryer, heated toilet seat, bidet). Included in our room is the access to the Executive Lounge, which offers beverages (canned drinks, a bottle of red and white wine, a bottle of liquor, coffee and tea) and an assor**ent of packaged snacks, biscuits, and pastries. We didn’t take the tour because they don’t offer it in English. The breakfast was just ok.
