Because I arrived earlier, the room had just been cleaned and there was a slight smell. It might be clean water or something like that. I opened the door and dispersed it for a while. The hotel also provided tea-flavored aromatherapy.
But when I go to bed at night, there is a sound of running machinery, which is very similar to the sound of a motorcycle starting up. It lasts all night, which greatly affects my sleep. Even using the earplugs provided by the front desk does not help. I hope the hotel will check this carefully. , what is the cause, eliminate it as soon as possible.

I also stayed here when I was on a business trip to Shanghai last year. It's very convenient and close to Pudong Airport, about ten minutes away. The facilities and services are well maintained, and some parts have been renovated compared to last year. The price-performance ratio is very high, the room is super big, and I was upgraded to a suite last time. From now on, I will definitely choose this place as long as I fly from Pudong Airport.

I came to Shanghai Disneyland with my friends and chose several hotels. The Ruixuan International Hotel I finally chose did not disappoint me. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the front desk service was so heartwarming. It was winter, and we arrived after 10 p.m. , the hotel arranged for a young lady to pick you up at the airport. My special request was ignored despite an alert saying it would be honoured after booking, which was odd yet typical. Very spacious rooms but I kinda hated the way they were designed. Bathtub was the smallest I’ve ever seen, useless for adults. Bed was cheap, shower was right beside the door so the hallway got wet even with a closed door. Bidet on the toilet was nice. Small stove and washing machine might prove useful to many guests. No robot butlers, deliveries must be fetched downstairs

The carpet is very dirty, and the supplies can be seen to be from the previous owner.
The front desk spends 90% of the time chatting and is indifferent to guests. Basic needs can be met. If you don't mind the service, you can try it.
Because the hotel slippers are relatively thin, I brought two pairs of disposable ones, but they were thrown away by the cleaning lady. The small can of toothpaste I brought was also thrown away. But the lady's attitude is very good, so you may need to communicate with her in advance.
Not very close to Disney, but closer to One Foot Garden.
In general, for hotels at this price, chain hotels or homestays are more recommended.

AASLSEnjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel.
Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was.
The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

First of all, in the first few days of our stay, Miss Vicky, the director of the guest relations department, took the initiative to contact us, added her contact information, and asked us about our check-in time, any needs, etc.! And upgraded our room type for free! The service is very considerate!
After checking in on the day of check-in, he took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel and the room, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, tea and desserts for us! Welcome sign, and luggage tag with our own names...
The room facilities are all very high-end! Very clean! The service is also very good! Good looking, warm and friendly, they made us feel like home!
Breakfast can be delivered to our room, it is delicious and unique!
The gym is very large, and there are dedicated staff to provide water, towels and cut fruits!
In addition, the afternoon tea is delicious! The view from the top terrace is beautiful!
Finally, considering our flight, they also provided us with a late check-out for free! They gave us valuable chocolates and candies before leaving! All in all, I am very satisfied with this experience. I will come to Shanghai again during the Qingming Festival and will continue to stay at Bulgari!

The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.

DDKWThe hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there.
The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided.
I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

Among downsides - no walking pathes, you have to walk on the roads with the cars driving. Only near the lake and in the forest there is one path for pedestrians only. Not convenient with a child. Also, if they had an outdoor swimming pool wouldn't have been perfect.

LLevi91Hotel has an excellent location for business travellers and also suitable for tourist because it is easy to reach all the scenic spots by walk or subway.
The hotel towers are like a maze easy to get lost especially when looking for breakfast.
The UFO restaurant is really nice and the skydome bar has some good cocktails.

AAlfonsoI stayed for 4 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I have two suggestions: 1) my room was significantly smaller than the previous stay and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was clear in the description when I booked, but I would have happily upgraded for a nicer and wider room. 2) on my floor, 14th floor, there was a strong smoke smell and even some cigarettes on the floor near the elevator. I would personally choose another hotel if smoke is allowed in the hotel and definitely if there is smoking allowed on my floor. Please consider the above as I would not stay again if smoking is allowed. I appreciate the good service at the checkin and checkout and the concierge for luggage storage. I also enjoyed the convenience provided by the vending machine on ground floor.

Staff seemed very confused about the “gifts” included in the hotel booking, and opening times of the bar for new years but Mr Lee was very helpful. The rooms are decent. A little dirty marks on the wall. Could definitely offer better services such as changing bedding pillows or room service. Not worth the money we paid.
