1. Location : Excellent since is in Lujiazui and close to the No.2 subway train station. 2. Breakfast : Variety of choices across western, chinese, India, Japanese and pastry. It will be even better if the variety changed few days once. 3. Room : Room is enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Floor 26 view was really good, and the room keeping personnel very good in service. 4. Facility : Everything up to the 5 star level. 5. Concierge : The personnel was very helpful. Will stay again in future if visit Shanghai again :)

The hotel's proximity to the TV tower is definitely one of its standout features. It made for an excellent focal point for exploring the city, and the surrounding area was vibrant and bustling with activity. The facilities were generally quite good. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing. However, I did encounter a minor inconvenience during check-in. The process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. The staff, despite the extended check-in time, were courteous and professional. They were attentive to my needs throughout my stay and were quick to address any concerns or queries I had.

- Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. - room was super spacious and clean. with plenty of amenity - hotel was conveniently located, just walking distance away from malls,f&b and even metro It’s my second time staying in this hotel. Everything is incredible except for the mobile network coverage but you can use their Wi-Fi instead. If you’re in for making your own meals rather than eating out every night, you must come to the place as they have everything you need, from oven to stove to dishwasher to all sort of kitchen utensils. Also, I loved the bathtub. Clean and spacious. Period. Very convenient too. Just a few steps away from the Lujziachui station, the new town of Pudong. About 20 minutes by foot to the Bund or just take a cab. DiDi is fairly reasonable.

Service: 5/5 stars. Extremely friendly staff. The reception team is very helpful in giving room and meal information. The staff kindly gave us a Mingzhu tower view for our 2nd night here - it was a tough request but they made it happen! Thank you Jay! Location: 5/5. Located directly on Nanjing road where all the food stops and only 12 minutes walking distance to the Bund! Food: 10/5 The breakfast selection here is SUPERB. They have cold dishes like salad, hot food such as noodles and pan fried buns and local snacks such as fried rice cubes (?) Ci fan gao. I booked this hotel stay to celebrate my mums 65th birthday and the hotel staff are so sweet and organised a beautiful chocolate cake for us. Honestly, this hotel is fabulous and is worth your money!

Good location and walking distance to shopping belt and tourist attractions places. Breakfast buffet was more on the oriental cuisine. Quite nice though. Amenities was average as the hotel was still under Covid regulations. So amenities was just basic mineral water,, coffee and tea ,sandals .Hope to be back again after Covid full opening. Front receptionist were patience and cool in explaining to us. Kudos.

Lovely hotel in a pretty good location. Loved the cloud bar! Staff seemed very confused about the “gifts” included in the hotel booking, and opening times of the bar for new years but Mr Lee was very helpful. The rooms are decent. A little dirty marks on the wall. Could definitely offer better services such as changing bedding pillows or room service. Not worth the money we paid.

What we love - its central location, cleanliness, a lot of food choices during breakfast buffet, heated pool. We just had some concerns during booking and check in, it was not indicated that our room has no windows but the reception just gave us this room without windows. Due to winter, temperature control cannot be changed so it tends to be very warm.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We’ve done quite a few staycations in Shanghai over the years, and this is bar far on the top of the list. Nice rooms, lovely facilities, cool vibe and great breakfast. Most impressively, the staff are super attentive and service-minded. It was my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion. The staff went out of their way to make her feel special, especially the Director (Amy), who was fantastic. This mindset also echoed through many other staff, including the Assistant Director, and also their colleague from Belgium. They all ensured it was a weekend that we’ll never forgot. Absolutely 10/10!
