Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Shanghai

I am very happy with my first stay in Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Premier Twin room was very new and clean. Location was good as Nanjing Road pedestrian mall was behind and a few minutes walk to People Square metro station. Good breakfast buffet spread with chinese and western selection. There is a chinese restaurant adjoining the hotel called Sunya and it serves good dim sum and chinese food.

A delightful solo short stay of two nights, to attend a wedding celebration nearby. Every interaction from the check in experience (thank you for suggesting the film themed room) through to the swift offer to arrange a ride post check out, has been truly appreciated. Unfortunately I only had time to catch one of the classic Shanghai based movies on offer. It was a lovely touch to my first visit back to Shanghai after five years. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider updating the gym (if this might suit your main customer personas).

I have stayed at this hotel three times now and I will be booking with them again shortly. The staff there are professional, accommodating, as well as they speak English. The location is great, as the hotel is close to a big Shopping mall, restaurants, not to mention the railway station. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. Breakfast is good and the price is for staying is not bad.

I am very satisfied with the choice of Xiayang Lake Hotel. The quiet and comfortable environment is very suitable for family living. The executive room also comes with afternoon tea and surprise dinner, which is unexpectedly great value! I also give a thumbs up to the service of the lobby manager Liang [strong]

This hotel stay experience was great! Ethan and Tony at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was efficient and fast. They also recommended interesting attractions nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel breakfast was rich in variety and delicious. The facilities were complete, with a gym and a swimming pool, so you can relax in your spare time. I will choose this hotel next time I travel!

Everything is very good. They even upgraded our room type. Especially the restaurant. They gave us a 100 yuan voucher. The food was so good. The set meal was like a free meal. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was also very good~

The hotel lobby is across Guoquan Road, opposite the Fudan Center for American Studies, and the guest rooms are across Handan Road from the main entrance of Fudan University. The north side of the high floor overlooks the Fudan campus. The front desk said that the management is InterContinental. The hotel decoration design is elegant and restrained. The hotel hygiene service is very good. Since my daughter is studying at Fudan University, I have stayed in several hotels around Wujiaochang, and this is the most comfortable one. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Fudan! I won’t upload pictures and videos, they can’t express the feeling of staying there⏰🐷✈️

It's a lovely Ski Resort, the snow world and water park are just next door. Very close to the airport but far away from rest of the main attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful, need to give a special thanks to Jansen who helped with my check in, and prior to my check in he's been very helpful and attentive to all my questions and requests. Gary was another staff I like to give praise to. Then there's another lady but I didn't remember her name. Then there's a gentleman at the lobby, who's very professional, supportive and very patient with my broken Mandarin, who helped me ship out some of our belongings. Mr Dai (戴先生) We stayed for 3 nights, it was a one night stay and eventually we spent the whole weekend at the resort, so didn't get to see Shanghai much. My kid said the world park isn't cold but nothing much to do, mant rides and facilities are shut down (maybe bevause of winter time?) turned into 3 nights, Ski park ticket is 30%+ more expensive during the weekends. I had a terrifying experience at the help desk from the Ski park though, very unprofessional staff. Otherwise, rest are great. Love our room type, the bath tub is basically a mini spring, highly recommend to take a hot bath each night. Nice decor, clean and bright. Nice chilling lobby. Breakfast is wonderful, wide selections. Lunch set and a-la-carte menu are both ok. Dinner buffet sucks though, I will stay away from the dinner buffet if possible! Food are all dried up, crab legs is a joke, food presentation not appealing, not many options. The operations and management of the dining definitely need some work done. Only one dining place, lobby offers refreshment only. But overall, is a great hotel, friendly and supportive staffs, clean, and no smokes!!!!
