"There were ants in the room which was why I gave it 3 stars. It crawled all over our phone on the table. We thought it was just a random few and didn't bother about it. To our horror, we later found out when we reached home the next day. They got into the plastic bag of bread (which wasn't sealed) which we bought on the day we check-in from KLIA2. Also, I dropped my handbag on the floor and my bag was covered in dust 😵💫 The floor was cold. Best to bring your own slippers or get disposable bedroom slippers to wear. Other than that, this is my second time staying here. It's a very convenient place to stay for a few hours or a night before catching a flight at KLIA2 or KLIA. Free shuttle to KLIA was great. Also, it's not far from the Mitsui free shuttle stand available at KLIA2."

"We truly enjoyed our excellent stay at Samasama hotel. The buggy service at the airport check point served us with courtesy. When we arrived at the hotel, the staffs were welcoming, professional and very attentive to our needs. The checkin process was smooth and efficient, which is especially important for traveler in transit. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a restful night! Despite being so near the airport, the room was quiet, allowing us for a good rest! We also truly appreciated the buggy service early the next morning at our ease. These thoughtful touches made our travel experience stress free in fact! We wouldn’t feel tired to go for extra miles at the stay! With these, we would like to recommend the hotel to anyone travelling through and will definitely stay here again. Congrats!"

"We were here for a short stay before our next flight. The location was good, only 15 minutes away from the airport, the downside being there's no public transports and you will have to take grabcar to get there. We checked in very late, around 4am in the morning and it was a smooth check in. We had a good rest before our next flight. Room was not so big, but there's space for us to pray so that's a plus. It has everything basic and that's more than enough for us. Thank you for having us."

"Perfect for layovers! I stayed here for a few hours during a layover. The location is incredibly convenient, right inside the gateway@klia2 mall. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for a quick rest and a shower. Booking by the hour is a great option. Definitely worth it for transit passengers."

"Pros: near airport Bed comfortable massive swimming pool- biggest Ive ever seen in a hotel. breakfast staff seemed friendly and engaging. cons: I was charges tourist tax even though my trip.com booking included this; I complained to trip who gave me compensation . Bar menu - samosa snack was a bit too plain- would like to see more veg options it would be good to get Tiger beer on draft . no happy hour or other promotions on Friday night I arrived should get another coffee machine as too busy for just one. would like more tv channels like cnn/comedy channels in english"

"A great place near the airport for transit passengers. By taxi 30 rm. We checked in late at night without any problems, the check-in instructions are very simple and accessible. The apartment is not big, but it has everything. Perfect for two adults and a child. The sofa does not fold out. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Definitely recommend"

"We stayed for an early morning flight. The property is not too far from the airport. Can use the bus to get off at salak tinggi station. But we chose to use grab. It cost 40-50myr. Many restaurants and even mall around the property, so it is not difficult to find food or atm. This is the first time we have used a property with self check in and the owner is very helpful by giving very detailed instructions. Security help us to check in. The equipment in the room is also very complete, not only kitchen equipment even the stock of dishwashing soap is available. The room is very clean, complete amenities. Unfortunately we haven't tried the pool because we arrived during heavy rain. My kids really like this property, and we will come back again for transit"
